I have a 1970 over the counter Hemi 426 block (blank VIN pad) that someone is interested in buying from me.  What would be a fair price to ask for the 426 block, heads, intake, crank, rods, balancer, rockers, water pump housing, exhaust manifolds, valve covers, timing cover, stock cam and carbs.  The carbs are the only thing that has been restored (1970 original Auto carbs - restored by Scott Smith Harms) and the cam and valve covers are new.  Basically it's a complete original Hemi 426 that is ready to take to a machine shop and build.  The block has been magged and it's perfect.  It's .030 over right now if I recall.

What's a fair package price to ask for it?

I would say a bit north of 24k. What is the casting date?
