I have a extra AVS carburetor and looked at the number and says it was used on a 1971 383 and 440 engines. Take a look at the picture and let me know what it is worth as someone may need one of these and I will sell it. Number on carburetor is A4 4966S. Thanks in advance for all input.

Just a comment: that's a strange date code for that carb. A4 would be January 1974, if I'm correct. Weird. Maybe misstamped?? A1 would make more sense.

I think it's a number many replacement carbs use. I have 2 of them. It has the feature 1971 carbs have and can be used superseded earlier application. Like plugging the bowl vent for vapor return in all 1971 mopars, but only 1970 California mopars.
