Pistons and rods WIW

These are 60 over pistons out of a 340. Is there any value to them?
What about the rods? There is light surface rust in places on the rods. Can that be cleaned up so that can be used or are they junk now?

I cannot really see the condition of the pistons , maybe junk , the skirts could be good or scored but at least they are high compression .
The rods are fine & can be used , not sure on value  .

I paid $50 for a set of rods and pistons a few years ago at Carlisle and just needed the rods.

.060 might be a harder sell, maybe not. They are the higher compression 68-71 style though so I think you would be able to get something for them from the right buyer. Just hard to find that buyer sometimes. I wouldn't throw them away I don't think. That surface rust is very minimal, I would squirt WD40 on them and let it set before wiping off, that might be enough to clean them.
