I'd like to do a little more research before i decide what i'm doing with them.  Gonna look into restoring them.  Has anyone rebuilt a pair of these before?

I sent my cores to Brake and Equipment Warehouse in Minneapolis to be rebuilt and they came out fine.
I rebuilt a pair of calipers on my old Bronco years ago but not sure I'd want to try to restore calipers myself for a show car.

My friend has a set he would be willing to sell off of a 70 challenger.  I'll get the date off of them.

When I took possession of my car in 1994, there was a mismatched set of calipers in the trunk; one small mouth and one big mouth.

The big mouth is a match to the pictures and dated 329 and my car's SPD is 109(70) - assuming that's where it came from.

Put me in line if they are still available

How do you decipher the numbers?  I don't know what they mean.

autoxcuda   A very big Thank You for putting all those links right on my plate.  Very cool of you.  Thanks.

Example: one of mine has a 279, a space, then a 9, so the 279th day of 1969. Close guess on the 279 as it's not in front of me right now.
