10 inch auto drags

Hi guys would 15 x 10 inch deep dish auto drags fit in wheel tubs of a 70 challenger with leaf spring off set spring hangers no rubbing.
And diff shortened
Will I also be able to lower the rear end.

No , if you are using 15" wheels the sidewall bulge will be too wide
