Planning on restoring my 70 Magnum 500 Chrome Road Wheels prior to installing new tires. What would be the correct black paint to use for the spoke pocket areas?  Attached is an image from a post of a wheel restored by Dave Walden.  Beautiful.  My chrome finish remains in excellent condition.  However, the black is flat and flaking in some areas.  No rust.
