8 3/4 489 CASE 1970 CUDA 340 REAR END CORRECT PAINT COLORS

Were the drums charcoal grey and rear end housing gloss black?  My drums were orange like the car, but I didn't think that was correct?

Rear axle housing and brake backing plates are fairly glossy black. Brake drums came bare cast and rallye wheel cars had red paint kind of sprayed in the centers, the outer circumference was left bare cast.

Magnum 500, or road wheels had the red around the face as well.
