I need a plug for a brass brake safety valve/proportioning valve. It is brass with a 5/16 head on it that screws into the bottom of the valve and I guess it accepts one of the internal springs internally. Destroyed mine rebuilding the internals. Even after soaking it and the heating it up I had to drill and tap it to get it out. Anyone have a source for a replacement or have one they could send me?
Thanks everyone

Is this what your looking for?  Here's another.  I don't know the sellers.
Take a look at this thread on the tool and method I used to get it out without destroying it.  I don't think I have another plug but will take a look shortly and let you know.

@mtull yes that is the plug I am looking for.

Sorry I don't have any at this time.  The eBay URL in my last post has the entire block for $27 + shipping.  Seller has a "Make offer" option on the add. Please let the forum know IF you come across a source that sells just the brass plug.  Best of luck to you.
