brake line shields - where are they mounted?

I was wandering through the ECS website this morning and came across the part pictured below. I've not seen these before, so I wasn't sure what they do or where they're mounted. Anyone have a picture of them installed?

one on left for brake line, one on right for fuel line just outboard of the forward rear spring hanger
