Getting ready to install the 1 inch offset spring hangers and it looks like it will be real tight near the fuel lines on the pass side. Anyone using this set up and any feedback greatly appreciated.

Yes,  tight and even worse when I had to add 3rd line for the return line for my fuel injection.
Actually had to trim and hammer some metal.....

Katfish, what did you end up trimming? I have the stock 3 line setup with the 5/8" offset hangers now and it is tight.

Not near my car for a pic, but if memory is correct there's a pinch seem, I cut 2 slots in it and then hammer flat?

I bought a set last year and haven't installed yet. Was planning to get it done in the next few weeks when time permits. I have caltracs so hope they fit ok...

I used the 1.5" kit and don't remember any issues. I'll go take a look today. I don't have a return line though.

Got two 3/8" lines for supply/return and a 5/16" for vapor. It was tight and I had to massage the lines to fit. If you have a Challenger w/ the exhaust cut outs, the braces on the valance might need to be trimmed as the offset shackles are very close. I had to trim one side on mine.

Not the best pic, but if you look near the bottom you'll see where I had to cut the flange and fold the metal over.  That's the original 5/16" line, covered with undercoating, but it flaked off and shiney at the bottom.
I guess if you could get all 3 lines to lay on top of each other, you might make it.
But that didn't work out for me, and the area is tight there with multiple bends, so it's not easy to massage the lines.

Best advice is to look under there and see what you have.  Expect to route and additional line beside what's there and see if you have more tha an 1" to spare.

As stated, valance with cut-outs won't make it either.
