E-brake pedal assembly 1971

Hi guys. Has anyone rebuilt an e-brake pedal assembly? Can I buy replacement springs for it? Mine doesn't grab unless it goes all the way down (weak spring?) and doesn't come up high enough to engage the brake switch (weak spring). Thanks
