Factory original wheels on a 70 cuda

My understanding is that even with a Hemi you could only get 14 rallyes and road wheels, or 15 steel wheels and dog dish caps. Is that correct from the factory?
This does not include AAR which had 14 in front and 15 in rear.
Could you get 15 rallyes from the factory?

T/A & AAR had 15x7's front & rear...As did Hemi's....

AAR wheels were the same size, but different size tires.  The first production car to have a staggered tire size.

RUNCHARGER

No 14 inch rims on a Hemi or AAR. However on a Cuda without a Hemi or AAR 14's were standard, 15 optional.

So without the buildsheet is there any way to tell what size wheels came on my 70 Cuda?

there are some clues to work with:
road & rallye wheels had red painted brake drum faces
cars with 15" wheels usually had spacers under the lower control arm rebound bumper
rear gear ratio & tire determined what speedo pinion was installed in the transmission - original gear & trans?

It came with a 3:55 SG and an auto trans

Drivers side door jam sticker would show tire size, if it still exists.  :alan2cents:
