How to save my rims

I have American racing OutlawII rims that are 4 years old. They are machined aluminum that is clear coated (I believe). You can see in the pictures that I am starting to get some corrosion(?) on the surface. How do I prevent this from getting worse?

Good looking wheels!  Do you know that they are clear coated?  I would have guessed that a good clear coat would protect them better.

I think ECS is making something for wheels, I recall reading something about it in the last MCG magazine

Looks like the corrosion is under the clear. If so, the wheel would have the be striped and redone. They are most likely powder coated. I would contact American Racing.
