Anyone fit this side tire on the back end of a cuda?

Overallwheeldiameter 28 ¹⁵⁄₃₂

Kinda tall, no?

Width, should be no problem depending on backspacing/offset of the wheel.  Can easily fit a 10" wheel w/a Dr. Diff kit and a perch relocation (or early b-body rear).

Swamp Donkey

I watched a YouTube video yesterday on a guy that put 295/40/18.  Used an 11 inch rim. Fit pretty nice with rolled fender lip and leaf spring relocation.  Backyard Hot Rods is the channel and New Wheels and Tires on the Cuda! is the title if ya care to google it.

I put a 255/70-15 which is ~29" tall on the back of mine and I thought it looks pretty good.  Definitely fills the well top to bottom, front to back. The offset of my 15x8 wheel pushed it out to the fender and I had to roll the lip a touch so offset is going to be a lot more critical than running a 225 14" tire.

I've had 295/65R15 drag radials under my Challenger before. 30" tall. So there is plenty of room for a 28" tire  under there.
275/60r15, which is a very popular size, is 28" tall too.

Yes I'm I have them. 295/45/18  but I have shorter rear end from 68-70 b body.

Another view, 245/45/17 front and 295/45/18 rear

What is your rim width, and do you have the springs in the stock location?

I had to move my springs in 1" per side for the B body rear to drop in on my Challenger. But, there are three different B body housings. I used a 66-67 version.
Top picture is my current set up, 26x12x15 on a 15x10 wheel with 1" relocated springs. This is approximately a 305/45.
Bottom picture is 295/65R15 on 15x8 with springs in stock location.

IIRC, @GoodysGotaCuda  has/had(?) that combo on the rear of his cuda w/o issue.

Height is what makes that tire look really good on these cars. It's a good thing.
