They are also on B bodies 71 up. There is a 14 and 15 inch version. The 15's were Chrysler only. Both sizes were optional on pretty much anything. The Hurst is the only one with the gold. The gold is an Oldsmobile only color.

I had a set black ones like that off a 75is Cordoba  on my 73 Barracuda back in the day. They were 5x6.5" and had a fined hub cap over them.
