Saginaw PS cap

I'm reasonably sure I have an original Saginaw PS pump cap for a
.94 Saginaw pump. Was on my pump which I replaced with one from Roseville and plan sometime in the future to rebuild the old one. I don't have the experience to tell for sure. Question for you guys, is it:
1) an original cap and
2) is there a replacement gasket available for the cap, or an alternative way the ensure a seal, such as an O ring?
3) what color should the cap be?
