Honda spare usable?

I have a perfect Honda Accord spare, search shows it to be 5x114.3.
From what I can tell this converts to 5 x 4.5".

Anyone ever use a Honda rim?

I won't be able to actually try it for a while, so thought I'd ask.

It seems they are the same pattern but the center register hole is probably wrong

You need a hub bore of 72mm.

Ah, knew there would be a catch.
Google says the Honda bore is 64.1mm

So that means I'd need to grind 5/32 off the bore
