Steel Wheel Date Code

I'm trying to figure out the date of this wheel.  Bolt pattern is 4 1/2.  If I measured correct, the backspace is 3 1/2.

My guess would be Sept 9th 1969.

K1 = Kelsey Hayes Plant 1
9 = 1969

9 (valve stem) 15 = September 15th
50 = 5.0 width

Is my amateur interpretation.

   I meant Sept 15th, but got a few to many 9's in there.  lol
