I am putting my front end assembly on the k frame on a stand. My question is, can I tighten everything up ( tie rods,LCAs,etc.) or do I need to let anything loose?

Leave the Lower Control Arm pivot pin nut loose until the torsion bars are in and the car is under its own weight.

Yup...I just brought a Challenger in for a front end alignment and reminded them those nuts need to be tighten only AFTER the ride height is set. :alan2cents:

Leave the lower control arms loose. Only tighten them when the full weight of the suspension is on them and ride height set. You could tighten other parts. Personally I would leave them loose in case you need to remove something for any reason...
