Which direction is the rotor inner grease seal installed?

Some folks asked for a follow-up on this post after putting some miles on the Napa Premium Brake rotors (Part #4885566).

I've driven a few hundred problem free miles on the Napa rotors. No indication of cracks or hot spots. They look like they'll hold up okay.

I'll keep an eye on all the new brake parts once I finally get my hydro-boost kit installed.

Must have missed this thread earlier.  I purchased a set of the large rotors (11.75") from Napa early last year.  Overall they looked ok, but you see those reinforcing ribs on your pictures?  Same as on the Napa website and catalog, and same as those originally engineered into the OEM rotors in the 1970s.  The two rotors I got had one single rib.  They could not explain it, and several others that were checked were the same.

I assume it was the chinese manufacturer chiseling out a penny or two worth of iron from the casting.

The rotors from O'Reilly had all the reinforcing ribs.  Now I need to check them for cracks...
