Driver rocker rust hole.... For a Canadian car the 30k miles must of been mainly summertime because this was the worst of the rust damage besides the rear quarters.

Alexcuda

Coated the entire bottom and inside with por15 them laid raptor liner overtop. The finish came out great and is tough as nails. Waiting to get the car back sitting on the suspension to finish welding in the rear quarter.

Alexcuda

Made my own powder coating oven, have been doing all my parts. Welded up supports on my k frame and boxed it in. Also added a skid plate for the oil miloden oil pan.

WOW! for being your "first project" I'd say you are doing fantastic!  :worship: :clapping: :unbelievable: You have some mad skills there.

Alexcuda

Yes I shot the entire interior with raptor liner aswell. The car will officially never rust again. I was so impressed with the bottom i did the interior floorpan for heat and noise reduction. I por15 everything else inside again this is going to be a driver and at the end of the day everything will be covered by carpet.

@Alexcuda How much Raptor liner product did you buy to cover the bottom of the car ?  Or how much do I need to buy to cover the complete bottom side of the car as well as inside the wheel wells and front fenders ?

I purchased a 8L kit from a store in Alberta. I did the complete bottom without the rear wheel wells or quarter in place as well as the inside floor and trunk with using 6 of the 8 bottles. I would say 6 bottles for what your describing and you should have a little left over.
