AAR Cuda project

 Brought home a new project today, just couldn't resist.  I joined here and am reaching out because it is a unique opportunity and I think there is likely some expertise here I can touch a bit in my effort.  The previous owner had the complete car, took it apart, put it on a rotisserie and had it blasted and sealed.  When it came back he found it was more project than he wanted to take on. It need left side frame rails front and back, floor pans and trunk with extensions.  Is there a proven method of suspending the chassis while I cut out the rotten metal?  The rotisserie is built so that I can run horizontal support structure through the front and rear window which could bear the weight.  I'm thinking that I can bolt some plates to critical points like an inner support frame.  Ideas are welcome, I'll post a pic soon as I figure how.

There is a really cool home made body dolly/cart that is yellow in a restoration thread somewhere.  I can't seem to find it. I'll post it here when I find it again.

A number of ways to do it and depends on how far you are cutting it apart but you will need to support the main unibody structure from flexing. I have a homemade rotisserie that I can unbolt the end from to work on the trunk and quarters while supporting the main frame rails on jacks and 4 x 4s.

I don't do much youtube but this guy does a lot of E-bodies in a professional manner. Watch his videos for information and he has a good one on building a frame jig.

When you click reply, there is a line below this box that says click or drag files here to attach them.
I find it much easier to attach pictures here than over on febo.  Just open your picture window and drag the actual picture on top of the click or drag line and it will insert the picture. 
For instance, I just "drug" this picture straight from your febo thread.  Didn't download it or save it to my files at all, just hold the mouse over the picture, click and hold the left button while over the picture and then drag your pointer to the open ebodies page and insert on top of the click line.  easy.  easier.

Would like to see the pictures of the areas that need to be "replaced".  From the one picture we have it doesn't appear that it is that bad.  Pictures are always deceiving.

Since it is an AAR I can see doing anything not stock, so I'll install what I Rgot with the car, picking up pieces today so I'll see what I get.
