After a 2 year hiatus (due to family issues for those that don't know) I finally made it out to the garage. The plan is to replace the terminal block on the firewall. After that install, the headlight relay kit from ROADMAN is going in. I even got a new crimping tool.  :woohoo:

Well worth the effort in making electrical system better.
Glad you are back in action!

Very cool... Something I didn't even think of as I am rewiring the Cuda. May as well knock this out too.

Thanks for sharing.

Hey I made it back to the garage today....  :wrenching:

I started digging around and found my Redline paperwork..... 2013!! Wow!! What I thought was 3 years ago was 5. Thats when I found the burnt terminal!

BIGSHCLUNK

I'm digging around under the dash.... not liking it!  Seat is coming out!

BIGSHCLUNK

I do have a set of "terminal " tools but an old SK screwdriver got the job done way easier

BIGSHCLUNK

I labled all the wires as I pulled them, took a ton of pics too. Who knows how many days it will be before I'm back out there

BIGSHCLUNK

I cleaned up the spacer block and got a real good look at the carnage.

Do these screws look correct??? Seams odd they would be threaded all the way up.  :notsure:
