^^^ This. Don't overdo it. I had back surgery a few days before the Rona lockdown. Been itching to do some work on my ride as the weather has been great. Need to be reminded occasionally proper recovery is far more important. Car repairs (and my honey-do list) will still be there when you are better  :bigthumb:
