Great progress!
Intake looks nice, I'm following along.  Really curious what all the differences are between the truck and car Gen3 motors.
Thanks. The truck motor has 5  more hp bring it up 345 hp compared to the car 340 hp. The manifold and timing cover are also different. I would think the internals on a truck would be stronger. One thing also about the early 5.7 hemi they were known to drop vavles. The wiring for the map sensor is also longer for car compare to the short truck one. As I dig in more into I will find out more and tell more

Almost done sanding the whole body. Just got to do the inside of the car and undercarriage. A good way of getting rid of rust without sanding is with water and vinegar it's cheap. All u got to do is mix 60% vinegar with 40% water.

Well I'm done with trying to remove glass from cars I just keep breaking them. Broke my rear windshield trying to get it out another expensive I didn't want smh :pullinghair:. Hope at Carlisle 2019 I can find the front and rear windshield for a good price. I got my 71 headlight bucket and car timing cover today for the 5.7. The 71 headlight buckets were expansive but i blame this  expense on the movie phastasm that made me want a 71 cuda.

Another update. I got most of the body sanded to bare metal just got to finish the undercarriage. When I was sanding down the reproduction quarter panel there was rust underneath it. Has anybody had that happen to them before?

You'll be happy with the Spectra EFI tank.  I have 1 in my Challenger and it is working great.
I will say the sending unit is a little on the pessimistic side.
It reads empty when there's still 4 gallons in it.  But I'm ok with that, would be worse if I ran out of gas before the gauge reads empty.

Got a quick question. What most of you guys/gals use to cover up the lower quarter panel part that goes over the rocker panel? I was thinking bondo
