71 Cuda front bumper bracket

Looks like I have the 72-74 brackets so can not mount my bumper.   My bumper has 4 bolt holes.  Am 95% sure I do not have any spare brackets. I looked at a 2017 post about this issue . The outer bracket sits out too far but fits the grill cutouts. Looks like I can slot the holes to get it to fit. Inner bracket needs major cutting and fabrication , it is straight band need it to bend toward middle of car.
My question are 70-71 cuda brackets the same as 70-71 Challenger brackets ? If so then I can ask  a friend if I can remove his bumper and brackets and use the brackets as a template.
Trouble living way out here is that parts not easy to source.
