73 CUDA grill Instalation

Working on this 73 CUDA. I have a new grill and header panel. I bought the Instalation hardware too. I didn't take this car apart so I don't know if I'm missing anything. The kit had 3 little bags. One has the plastic inserts that I know go on the header panel. 1 bag has the headlight bezel hardware. The other little bag has 12 clip nuts and bolts. ( look like 10/32 bolts ) I have no clue what they are for or where they would go. Am I missing something???

I'm going to put it in next week so I'll take some pics then. I was just thinking maybe those bolts are for the filler piece that goes between the bumper and attaches to the grill. There's no holes in the new grill to bolt it to so that would make sense. I took that filler piece off a busted grill years ago and never looked to see what I unscrewed out of.
