I see from other posts that Cal Car Cover comes highly recommended. I was going to order one but the options in the drop down menus all state no mirror pockets. They have an option for go wing but not mirror pockets? Is this correct? They look really nice but I'd hate to have one fit poorly over the standard door mirror. Especially when they cost $500

I have one but not for an E body, so all I can comment on is the overall quality. Out of the 3 or 4 covers I have, the California cover is the nicest. I suspect they don't have mirror pockets because the way the lines on an E body are, with mirror pockets it tends to make installing and removing the cover a bit of a pain, plus the mirrors do not stick out all that much (just guessing here).
Mopar or no car!!!

That's true, you don't need mirror pockets for an E Body that's why they don't offer it that way. I have 3 from them. The hardest part is picking one. Lots of choices.

Ok, so even without the mirror pockets, you guys are pretty happy? If so, I'll order mine up.

Bought mine on Ebay and made an offer of $150.00 less than retail.  They accepted and it worked out great.  Good luck.

Which one? Indoor, outdoor, travel or the see through one ? ( I have and not impressed with it )

Indoor only. Want something that fits nice but super soft and hopefully a little thick as well

Daveh

Same here indoor only.  Light and wanted to keep the dust off.  Never sits outside.

Look for the Dustop Soft As Flannel Indoor Custom Car Cover... The true flannel allows dust to pass through the fabric....

Without knowing your use case, it's hard to help...

An inside's covers only job it to keep dust off your car. The classic industrities one that I waited 5 months for is perfect for the job at less than $100 shipped.

A car that's parked outside needs something more...

You do not need "mirror pockets' for the use case of storing inside. Personally, I think $500 fo ra car cover that serves as a dust cover is an atrociously bad choice.

It's a dust cover mostly but it needs to have a little bit of thickness in case something brushes up against it while parked in the garage.

I took Wild RTs advice and went with the Dusttop model by California Car Cover. They claim it's as soft as their $500 cover but stops dust from passing through. The finish on the car is like a mirror so I don't want any micro scratches over time from dust going through the cover and getting ground in as I take the cover off. CCC says that about their own more expensive cover. The dusttop is $250 also so that seems like a good pick.

I have the super weave cal cover on all my cars and love them! My cars are garaged. The covers fit great, you can wash them and optionally get numbers, letters embroidered on the front. No cover will keep dust completely off your car, except maybe one of those bubble things.

Bought one based on the recommendations here and love it. Super soft!

The dust top is great for indoors only. The super weave is a great cover for those overnight car shows because it is very light weight and folds up nice and small to fit in those tiny e body trunks, super waterproof but does not really offer much protection from anything else.
