Correct paint for a go wing

I pulled the spoiler off my trunk lid and I am going to try to get everything looking nice. What is the correct paint for a spoiler? Semi-gloss, matte, something else? It appears to be fiberglass with a steel core. Aftermarket, but seems pretty old. TIA
