cuda belt moulding mounting tab

I am looking for a picture of  the aluminum mounting tab that attaches the top quarter belt molding to the inside door jam area. I cant find a picture no where on here and I know 'Ive seen them before..Mine are missing and I just have it in my head Ill have to try and make them being I'm sure they are impossible to find. Any help would be very appreciated! THX Tom
