How far down is the hockey stripe from the top body line?Does it stay the same distance to the door?

Excuse my ignorance. I have no idea what that layout means.

just reference the position of the stripe VS. the "character line"

they were applied by humans -    looks like the width of the stripe is equal to the distance below the character line at the door gap & the "hockey" end stops before the bumper cutout
