Hi, does anyone have a factory diagram showing how the rear valance mounts on a 73/74 Barracuda? I did a quick search and didn't find anything. Thanks in advance.

Factory diagram may be a tall order. The '74 FSM is useless - it shows basically a '70 or '71 style tail panel and mount.
Here is what I did with a couple pics that might help. Sorry I could not find a pic that shows the mounting from the underside looking out.
First pic shows the "Z" brackets that go in the middle below and either side of the license plate recess in the tail panel - second pic shows the 4 mounted nuts in the rear cross member that these brackets bolt into. The brackets in the first pic came off my car when I took it apart - pretty rusty they were - likely OE. They are available from various sources: https://www.classicindustries.com/product/all-years/plymouth/barracuda/parts/mm1443.html. Two bolts hold the valence to those Z brackets with 2 speed nuts / J nuts.
Next thing to note on the second pic is 2 studs that point down at about a 45 angle from the extension filler piece just below the outside of the outer tail light (you'll need to zoom in to see them - just above top of the qtr / trunk extension seam). I am not sure if these were studs or bolts originally - I see many valence hardware kits only give you 4 studs - I used 6. Just makes it easier as you can kind of hang it on these to studs and slip on a nut to get it started in position. Those 2 studs are held in place by two speed nuts that slip onto the extension filler panel - those holes should be existing - alternate is to use two speed nuts but use bolts to attach.
Next in the second pic you see the 4 holes - 2 each side - through the quarter panel and trunk extension (which are welded together). I drilled those holes AFTER I had everything lined up and fitted with the valence. The corresponding 4 holes on the valence then each get a speed nut (or J nut I think they are called) and a short stud. The stud in this case is on the valence then pushes up through the qtr / trunk extention and is fastened with a nut from under the car.

Found a pic that shows part of the back side view - unfortunately not the corners - but you can just see the bottom of those Z brackets here and a back side view of their mount nuts and a little on how they fit against the valence.

If it is like a '72 I recall there are 2 studs on each side lower that screw into u-nuts attached to the valance, then flange nuts are used to secure the the studs to the valance from the inside.  In the corners are u-nuts on the quarter with bolts securing the valance to them from the outside.  In the back are two screws that secure the valance center to brackets that are screwed to the cross bar.

Thanks. Mine has a sort of a strut bar running from the outside corner that is bolted to the exhaust hanger base, which I'm assuming isn't factory. It's probably there in place of a missing factory bracket (it's an older restoration so I wouldn't be surprised if the previous owner had to fab something). I'll have to take some photos and compare. The way it's mounted is causing vibration from the exhaust to be transferred to the valance and trunk, and I'm getting a "body drone" which is driving me crazy. Before I remove it I want to be sure everything else is in place to mount the valance properly.
