Door window up stop adjustment?

We've got the window trim installed.   The only problem is that the top front corner of the window does not seem to be both enough.   When the door is closed,  the front center gets under the rubber and lifts it a bit instead of laying flat over it.  It is also caution the rubber to pull in instead of overlapping the metal track on the inside right where the rubber is pushed up on the outside.   The height of the window in the back seems fine. The rubber is laying flat there.  Other than that,  everything seems to line up fine.

Not sure if the "up-stop" will fix that, you might have to move the door glass forward slightly
