Driver’s door

I had my driver's door interior panel off and stamped on the door near the regulator bolts was TSL30 3. It was also inverted. Can anyone decode that?  The car is a 1970 Challenger R/T. Is this an original door?

Lot Stamp number.

1970 doors are a 1 year only door so you can tell by the way the cat whiskers clip in.
