Fiberglass Hood pin surround

Hi, I'm not exactly certain what it is called, but the part that mounts to the actual fiberglass Hood for the hood pin to rest on, what is that called and is there a place that sells them for a good deal?

I only need that plate and whatever to attach it with, when I was at a car show I saw an original AAR Cuda and it looked like it was riveted on.
