Hood to Radiator Seal on 71 Barracuda?

I just noticed today that there are holes along the back of the hood bracing where it comes down near the radiator support. Should there be a rubber seal of some kind here? My 70 Challengers have them but not sure if 71 Barracudas also use them.

I think 71's used them too.

Would it be the same as a Challenger you think? I'll have to look around to see if I have a spare one just for testing

I noticed 2 different style attaching clips so here's those pictures. The first one is a metal type that's on my 1970 Barracuda and the second picture is a plastic pin style on from my spare hood which I'm convinced is a "71 and up.
