How much ro remove Louver holes ?

You could get the correct size small rivets instead of nuts and bolts.

Did your car originally come with the louvers package?

Small rivets might work for the hinge holes, but the pins are big enough it would be almost impossible to hide. The louvers were added. The car is a BH with just about every Cuda add-on possible. I was VERY hesitant about buying a fake, but knowing how I am, if I had waited long enough to find a BS, I would've been paranoid about driving it and making sure everything was 110% accurate. This way, I drive the hell outta it and no one around here knows the difference or cares.

Even being a BH car, the louvers are a great add on. If mine, I would leave as is and drive it and enjoy.

Add a vinyl top. Louvers look better to me with a vinyl top.
