Location of Luggage Rack on '71 Cuda

I am trying to determine the exact correct placement for a luggage rack on my '71 Cuda. I have to install it on a painted deck lid so I only get one chance!  I have looked through the entire hole placement thread and could only find one reference to a '70 deck lid. (below) Apparently multiple stampings of deck lids were made throughout the model years with some holes coming and going.  My deck lid is the blue one.  It lacks the luggage rack holes depicted in the '70 deck lid.  If I can at least get the placement specs on the two outer stanchions I can figure out the rest.  Thanks!
