Mirror installation help

Thanks everyone.  Mirrors are on and look great.

I still need to route the wires for the mirror and I'm thinking I need to get some sort of metal zip ties as the plastic ones will rot and break overtime and I don't want to mess up the glass.

I know you said your mirror is on, but in the future, a drop of lock tite sure will work in a situation like this.
