Missing Bumper Bracket Nut

One of my bumper bracket nuts, is missing. This is the nut that is welded inside the frame. Has anyone ever dealt with this, before? I'm not sure what the best way to access this area is.

Yup Been there done that.

Wallowed out the bracket hole enough so that a new nut can go inside.
Threaded a bolt onto the nut.

Stuck new nut thru new bigger hole.
Used a welding magnet to keep new nut set where I wanted it.
One spot mig weld just to get it to stay.
Magnet off, now started to build a weave of mig welds to re inforce in place.

Grinded back, cleaned it up....done!
