Polishing a grill

I had the aluminum truck grill refinished but there's still two areas of concern. First is the flat areas at the bottom of each opening. What do I use to shine that up a bit.
Second is a few places with a bit of old paint still on it. I have a dremel I can use but with what? Cloth wheel and polish?

I've learned the hard way in the past that the outer coating can actually be burnt through into a dull aluminum. Be careful.

What about using paint stripper or lacquer thinner on the painted spot.

I got the paint off with lacquer thinner.

When I did my Challenger grill I found acetone and really worn 400 grit paper worked well. Don't go thru the bright anodizing .

If the grill has been polished, the anodizing has already been removed on the polished areas.  Anodizing doesn't polish.
