Hey guys,

I put replacement hood hinges and springs on my 70 Challenger and need some step by step guidance on the proper adjustment procedure to get it correct.  Right now it's high at all four corners.   I know there is a process, I just don't know what it is!

Oh, and the new hinges are a little too tight in that I really have to weigh/pull down on the hood to close it.  Suggestions?

Thanks all!

Sheldon has part one covered... For part two..

Instead of pulling down to close your hood push it rearward toward the cowl....

Thank you!  This is the procedure a friend was trying to explain to me a long time ago.  Now I have it in writing!
