Resonator floor bracket

I started reviewing the body service manual for 71 and noticed screws going thru the back seat straps into the back seat bracket. Anyone know what size/kind of screws are being used? Also, are one of the three holes on the back seat bracket threaded?

Not 100% accurate, but will likely work..
