USCT core support install

Hi guys, I'm getting ready to install US Car Tool core support and got a question.  The chassis radiator support has a gentle bow in it toward the middle, is that normal or should I flatten it to match the core support piece I plan to weld on?  Car is a '73 cuda.  The support that will be welded on is the piece in gray primer.

I'd say flat.  That doesn't look like a gentle bow to me.  That's pretty drastic.  Here is a picture of my 73 Challenger.

If you already have the radiator you plan on using, fit that in the car first.  Make sure it will fit with the rad support straightened out.
