We have once again joined up to be one of the event sponsors for the upcoming Holley Moparty show in Bowling Green, KY. over the dates of September 12th through the 14th.  This is a relatively new event for the Mopar world and has quickly become a major draw due to the various activities scheduled throughout that Thursday afternoon stretching through that Sunday.  The show has grown each and every year and this year should be no different.

Last year for the first time, for the show car parking area, any group registering 15 or more cars under one club name or group was allowed to park in a designated area for the group.  FM3 Marketing provided the materials to mark the area for the group.  It had limited success as most groups were not aware of it or did not have the 15 cars all registered under one group.

I have been approached by a couple TA/AAR owners who are looking at attempting to get a minimum of 15 and hopefully much more of these cars and their owners to have a display promoting the 55th anniversary of these cars.  We know that Carlisle has a 55th anniversary display scheduled for these cars, but some owners are not able to make the drive to Carlisle.  This will give these owners an opportunity to display these cars and meet up with fellow owners and followers of these cars.

For those who might be interested in bringing and displaying their TA/AAR, please private message me and I will respond with my direct contact email and phone number so that we can get a better fill for what you guys thoughts are on making this happen. Like any event, it is only as good as the efforts that are put forward to make it a success.  Once registration opens up, I will post a link to the site.

You guys are more than welcome to use our vending tent as a common point of reference for a scheduled meet and greet opportunity for Friday and Saturday.  The Dale's Cuda Shop / Quirey Quality Design / Restoration Parts and Materials tent will be located just as you enter into the show field from the swap meet area.

With that said, please pass the word and let me know your concerns or questions.  I will attempt to get you the answer or forward the question to the FM3 staff for their input.  I plan on seeing a representative of the event on February 28th to discuss some of our concerns.

Additionally, the National Hemi Owners Association has scheduled their yearly National Meet to be held that weekend in Bowling Green.  This will be one of the largest gatherings in years for these Hemi cars and owners.

So the September 12th through the 14th will be an epic weekend in the Mopar world.  Please consider making the event with or without a car. We look forward to seeing everyone and making this a once in a life time opportunity of memories for some of us.

Thanks,
Richard

I've been to Moparty every year so far and don't intend to miss this year!
I PMd you about my T/A.  I'm tentative on hauling it down but depending on how big the number of Trans Am E bodies looks to be for this, I might drag mine out.
Every show has it's character, and Moparty's is a lot of fun and more bring whatever you got type character.  There's some high end restos on the show grounds each year, but not a whole lot.
I'm blessed to have a little Mopar fleet where I have a couple unique but still very drivable cars, along with my show queen T/A.  So that's my dilemma, take a car I haul down, unload and drive around all weekend, or take the T/A and trailer it to the show each day, unload it, then load back up in the evening.  Driving around all weekend is more fun and "mo" of a party.  :D

I spoke with Geoff from FM3 today concerning the Moparty show.  For those who were registered as a vendor last year, you should have received an email from Keri concerning renewing the spots that you had used in 2024.  If you did not get the email, check your SPAM folder as some of the participants found it in their SPAM folder.  From now until April 15th, you can only renew the spaces that you used last year.  If your unsure of what those spaces were, contact Geoff and he can let you know the spot numbers.  If you should want to move to a different location or add spaces, it will be based on what was renewed or is available as of open registration starting on April 15th.

The April 15th date will mark the date that registration goes live for all aspects for the show, whether it be a spectator pass, racing, car show, etc.

If you and your club or buddies are looking to come together and have a designated parking area for your group, remember that it must be at least 15 preregistered cars under one club name.  If less than 15 cars, your more than welcome to come in and park as a group in the open area.  The designated areas will be held for the individual groups for the entire length of the show and will be located in a prime spot to showcase the groups.

I requested that for planning purposes, a spot will be secured for a TA/AAR display and a area is being held for the National Hemi Owners display.  So if you should be lucky enough to own a TA/AAR or Hemi E-Body and would like to be part of the display area, then let me know.  Matt Hargis is coordinating the Hemi reunion.  Or you can private message me and I will get you in contact with the right people hopefully.

September is still a ways off, but many of you guys have already scheduled your vacation time from work for 2025.  April 15th for preregistration is just over a month away.  The nuts and bolts of the planning for the event will start in May.  So hopefully we can keep you guys in the loop for all aspects of the show.

For those who will be attending the Indy Cylinder Head show on February 28th through March 1st, Geoff will be at the event handing out fliers and promoting the show.  Dave and Cheryl from Dales Cuda Shop will be there as well and can give you some insight as well on the event.

Hopefully the weather Gods will smile down on the event so as to help make this the best and biggest Moparty show!!!
