I'm 1800 miles away and drive it.

@7E-Bodies  Yes, the tent is where everyone hangs out.  It is usually quite hot and there is usually refreshments and shade awaiting our members.  In the past years, 4 for me, we have had a club lunch at noon on Saturday at the tent.  I've met several members there and made great friends with some.  I even bring a friend or two from the for only forums over to try to convert them.  Great times. 
@Spikedog08  or @purple1 usually have refreshments and set up the tent.  Not sure what is going on this year. 

  I'll be glad to pitch in and help out with refreshments and what not.  I can't bring a lot to it as I drive so far but would be glad to pitch in for refreshments and the pizza dinner we usually do at the hotel parking lot. 

Are we going to dinner this year on Friday?

I was there in 2017, but had to settle for a 1960's style hotel in Mechanicsburg. I ate at the tent luncheon as well as the dinner gathering at the museum in Hershey.

@torredcuda is this the place where members tailgate? Again, I hated being stuck a half hour away from any members.

Yes, there are 3 or 4 hotels right next to each other, we hang out in the Super 8 parking lot directly across the street from the Holiday Inn.

I hang at the tent on Friday every year. This year I'm staying overnight so I'll be there Saturday for the first time.

Just got a chance to register Mary's Charger. Made sure it is under E-bodies.org. We are both looking forward to another great year.
