Club plans

Ok folks, we got just under 2 weeks before the show. I have picked up water and sodas, and will pick up some Gatorade, juice, teas and whatever else sounds good when I'm in the store again. Anyone wants something special to drink, please let me know and my wife and I will do our best. Remember this is for anyone with the club, just come to the tent and have a free drink on us.

The club dinner is planned for Friday night. @Spikedog08  Dave, can you please make the reservations? I will give you a people count as soon as I can. Just guessing about 7:30-8pm? Anyone want to recommend a better time?

For anyone new, we have a club dinner every year. We have tried a few other establishments in the area, and it seems like this one really works for us.

Saturday we plan on 1:00pm lunch at the tent.
I believe Dave (Spikedog08) is going to order wraps like we had last year. Anyone want to volunteer to bring some extras? We could use some chips, salads and stuff like that. Maybe even some deserts.   


Saturday night Pizza Party

Go around back to the rear most parking lot. We try to take that lot over for the night.

We will also be bringing any leftovers from lunch and we got your drinks here as well. If you want beer or other alcohol that's going to be up to you to bring.
