IMO (Eric, sorry for the derail)

Dodge was late to the game with the 340 e-body, earliest I know of is mid-September & 340 'cudas were built 5-weeks earlier in August
decals had a shorter lead time, so those were on the assembly lines quicker & were replaced by emblems as they became available

with the exception of HEMI and AAR - T/A, e-bodies equipped from the factory with 15" wheels & tires are RARE

To clear a few things up, exhaust is the reproduction from Accurate Exhaust. The Pentastar is not painted and on the passenger side only as it is on all ebodys. The car was built in February 1970 and should have the hood emblems. The V8 emblems were only on early cars. The easy way to tell that this car had the 15x7 rallye wheels is the spacer plate that was between the lower control arm and the rebound bumper
