I know that most value guides say add 5% or 10% for 4-speed.  In my judgement, the additive is closer to 15% - 20%, especially for a small blocks i.e.  AAR/TA or 340 Dusters.  For the big, big dollar cars like hemi cuda convertibles or hemi daytonas, the additive is more like 50%.
