I did work on it around 2009/10 for a guy here in Ontario.....BEAUTIFUL car....my customer bought it from Legendary Motor Car in Milton ON. I believe, and likely traded it back in there. His name is Tom V. in your owner history. He did quite a bit of dealing with LMC.

Looks to be a 71-74 passenger side inner fender, so I'd guess it was replaced at some point in time.
